At Premium Liquor USA, we are committed to the responsible sale and delivery of alcohol in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Age Verification

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol from our store. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to request valid government-issued photo identification at the time of delivery. If age cannot be verified, the delivery will be refused and the order returned.

No Sales to Minors

We strictly prohibit the sale of alcohol to anyone under the age of 21. Any attempt to purchase alcohol by or on behalf of a minor is a violation of our policy and applicable law.

State Shipping Restrictions

The sale and shipment of alcohol is regulated on a state-by-state basis. We only ship to states where it is legally permitted to do so. Orders placed from states where alcohol shipment is prohibited will be cancelled and fully refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that receiving alcohol shipments is legal in their state.
